Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be happy with your Human Centric Shop purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when and how we offer refunds or replacements for orders placed from within the United States.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if all of the following are true:
- Your order was delivered to a US address.
- Your request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The items are unused, in their original condition and packaging (unless damaged in transit).
3. Non-Returnable Items
We may not be able to accept returns for:
- Items that show signs of wear, use or damage not caused in transit.
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Final sale or clearance items, if clearly marked at checkout.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If we have made an error with your order or an item arrives damaged, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
If you change your mind or no longer want the item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. How to Request a Refund or Return
To start a refund or return request, please email us at angela@humancentricstrategy.com with:
- Your full name and order date.
- The email address used at checkout.
- A description of the issue and photos if the item arrived damaged.
We will respond with next steps, including return instructions if applicable.
6. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once we have received and inspected your return (where a return is required), we aim to process refunds within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take longer to post the credit to your account.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at the email address above. We may offer a replacement or refund once we have investigated the issue with our shipping partners.
